Matariki Day

Last week Te Maunga and Te Tahuna was going to the waitangi treaty grounds for Matariki day. It was a long walk, we had to participate walking. When we reached there, the first thing we did was planting, we digged some holes so we could plant. We also did some games in the whare. For lunch we had some pies with tomato sauce it was yum. We did some flaxing too then we went back to school.

Kaimoana

In Te Maunga we made a google slide about tino reka and tino kawa. We tasted apple, Aporo, Pineapple Painaporo, Orange Karaka, Banana Panana, Sugar Huka, and the last one was lemon some people didn't like it so they put it in the pig pin.
